Here is a custom lingerie set I recently finished. I used a playful floral spandex & a sheer power mesh. I bought the floral spandex fabric at Britex in San Francisco about 5 years ago when I first started sewing lingerie. I remember it being extremely overpriced but I could't resist not to buy.
For this lingerie set I decided to keep it simple, clean & classic. I used floral center front panels for all three garments & made sure the mesh side panels were seamless. I utilized some picot panty elastic I had laying around & of course I had to use my signature satin bows. For the blaconette bra cups, I decided to play around with my cover stitch & instead of finishing the top bra cups with some kind of scallop edge or elastic.
